§ 29-4. Concrete slabs across open ditches, culverts.

Written application must be made to and permission obtained from the department of public works for the purpose of placing or constructing concrete slabs across any open ditch or culvert whose purpose is to drain rainfall from areas subject to the jurisdiction of any drainage district located in the parish.
