§ 29-37. Consolidated road lighting district.

(a)

Created. A consolidated road lighting district is hereby created, which shall comprise and embrace all of that territory within existing consolidated road lighting districts no. 1 and no. 2, described as follows:

All of that territory situated on the west bank of the parish with the exception of that territory contained within the corporate limits of the City of Gretna, the City of Westwego and the Town of Grand Isle; and all of that territory situated on the east bank of the parish with the exception of that territory contained within the corporate limits of the City of Harahan and the City of Kenner.

(b)

Official designation. The consolidated road lighting district created by subsection (a) shall be known and designated as "Jefferson Parish Consolidated Road Lighting District."
