§ 29-52. Same—Application.

(a)

The application for a permit under this division shall describe the work to be done and shall be made in writing. The permit when issued shall be issued to such applicant to cover such work as described and detailed.

(b)

Any changes or additions must be covered by additional permits at the time changes are made.

(c)

The application shall be accompanied by such plans, specifications and schedules as may be necessary to determine whether the installation as described will be in conformity with the requirements of the ordinances of the parish.
