§ 29-53. Same—Issuance.

If it shall be found that the installations as described in the application will, in general, conform to the requirements of this division and if the applicant has complied with all provisions of other ordinances of the unincorporated sections of the parish, a permit for such installation shall be issued; provided, however, that the issuance of a permit will not be taken as permission or as a license to violate any of the requirements of this division or any ordinance of the unincorporated areas of the parish.
