§ 29-65. Foundations of standards.
Foundations shall be of concrete case in place. Two (2) ninety (90) degree, two (2) inch galvanized conduit bends shall be provided for wiring and shall be placed with the conduit extending four (4) inches above the top of the foundation and shall extend six (6) inches from the sides of the foundation two (2) feet below grade in a line parallel with the curb line. Anchor bolts will be set in the concrete in accordance with plans furnished by the supplier of the street light standards. The top of the concrete foundation shall be level and shall be finished to two and one-half (2½) inches above grade. The size of the foundation and the necessity for piling under the foundation will be determined by the parish engineer at the time that plans for street lighting are approved.
