§ 29-86. Road district no. 1.

(a)

Creation. There is hereby created a road district consisting of all of that portion of the parish situated on the left bank of the Mississippi River and bounded by the line dividing the Parish of Jefferson and the City of New Orleans, and the Mississippi River and the line dividing the Parish of Jefferson and the Parish of St. Charles and the shore of Lake Pontchartrain.

(b)

Official designation. The road district created by subsection (a) shall be known and designated as "Road District No. 1 of the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana."
