§ 29-130. Specifications and standards.

(a)

All private roads or streets shall be constructed in accordance with specifications and standards applicable to the construction of public streets of comparable size and/or any Parish Code requirements and standards.

(b)

All private roads or streets shall be inspected for compliance and may not be available for use by any member of the public until a certificate of compliance has been issued to the owner by the appropriate parish agency or department.
