§ 29-122. Compliance with regulations and standards required.

The department of public works is further authorized, empowered and directed to require property owners owning property adjacent to parish roadways to conform to the promulgated rules and regulations of the department and to require property owners to remove any and all existing improvements necessary in order to meet the regulations and standards of the department.
