§ 29-168. Width, length, location of driveways prescribed; waiver of requirements.

The driveway shall be constructed of such length and width, and at such points, as may be designated by the director. The maximum width of said driveway shall be twenty-five (25) feet at the property line, and thirty-five (35) feet at the curbline. When a person installing driveways presents proof of hardship in connection with the above prescribed driveway widths set forth in this section, the council may waive or alter these requirements.
