§ 29-175. Approval, disapproval of application; noncompliance with regulations; notice.

If the director approves the application for the removal, curbing or installation of a driveway hereunder, such approval shall be signed by the director or a duly authorized officer of the department of public works. If such application is not approved, or if the driveway was not installed in accordance with the specifications of this article, the director shall notify the applicant of the reasons why he has not complied with the article, and the director of inspection and code enforcement shall be notified to withhold or revoke the building permit or use and occupancy certificate. In such cases, no part of the deposit shall be returned to the depositor.
