§ 29-193. Offenses.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to damage, cut, transplant or remove any tree, plant or injure the bark or pick flowers or seeds of any tree, plant or grass, or to commit any act of vandalism to or on any area designated in this article; or to deposit rubbish, waste, refuse, including, but not limited to, glass, ashes, cans, bottles on said designated areas; or to permit any animal, including horses, cows or dogs, to cross or trespass on or over such designated areas; or to drive any motor vehicle on or across such designated areas; or to use any chemical detrimental to plants, shrubberies, trees or other plant life on such designated areas.
