§ 2-2. Official publisher.

(a)

The council shall annually select a publisher to perform the professional services of publishing all minutes, ordinances, resolutions, budgets and other official proceedings of the parish.

(b)

The publisher selected shall be a person who owns, publishes or edits a newspaper or other publication which may serve as the official newspaper or official journal for the parish.
