§ 2-348. Duties of director.

The director of streets shall assist the public works director in directing, controlling and supervising the following functions:

(1)

Maintenance of the parish-wide street network;

(2)

Directing the operations of the park and parkway division;

(3)

Maintenance of parish rights-of-way and enforcement of the weed and pollution control ordinance;

(4)

Providing canal maintenance support for the drainage department as required.
