§ 2-152. Publication of information regarding requests for public records.

  • The department of law shall publish monthly on the parish's website the following information regarding all requests for public records:

    (1)

    The name of the party or parties requesting the public records;

    (2)

    The costs associated with the fulfillment of the public records request, including the number and cost of the man-hours needed to fulfill the request, and the cost for any copies or other reproductions of such records needed to fulfill the request; and

    (3)

    The status of the fulfillment of the request for public records.
