§ 2-649. Election of officers.

Latest version.

The commission shall elect from among its members a chairperson, vice chairperson and treasurer; the secretary shall be elected from either among the commissioners or from outside the commission, but said secretary shall not be a voting member solely by virtue of selection by the commission.
