The creation of the parish home mortgage authority (the "authority") pursuant to that certain trust indenture, annexed hereto as exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference as if the same were set forth in full herein, is hereby approved, ratified and confirmed, and all of the terms and provisions of the trust indenture are hereby approved in all respects.
