The bid disqualification review committee shall be composed of one (1) duly authorized
representative from each of the following departments: finance, research and budget
analysis, the parish attorney's office who shall serve as an advisor and a non-voting
member, and, for each hearing before the committee, a person, to be appointed by the
administration to serve as a member of the committee for that hearing. In the event
the subject of the bid disqualification could be based upon the causes enumerated
in section 2-914 (a)(4) or (5), the purchasing director shall not serve as the duly authorized representative
of the finance department.
