§ 2-875.43. Composition.

The board shall be composed of eight (8) members, as follows: one (1) appointment to be made by the parish president; one (1) appointment to be made by each of the council members representing the at-large council districts; and one (1) appointment to be made by each of the council members representing Council District One, Two, Three; Four and Five.
