§ 2-875.47. Created

Jefferson Parish has created a special taxing district and political subdivision of the state, known as the "Metairie Business Development District" referred to in this section as the "district." The district shall be comprised of the property in Jefferson Parish bounded by the north side of Veterans Memorial Boulevard, the west side of Causeway Boulevard, the south side of west bound West Esplanade Avenue, and Division Street and the development sites fronting on the west side of Division Street. For the purposes of this district, development site shall mean any group of one (1) or more lots occupied or intended for development as a unit and fronting shall mean a development site with a lot line common to the street right-of-way line."
