§ 2-621. Created; composition.

  • The financial evaluation committee is hereby established for the purpose of evaluating proposals for accounting, auditing and other financial services for parish projects other than services as bond counsel, and shall be composed of:

    (1)

    The parish attorney, or his designee;

    (2)

    The director of the department of finance, or his designee;

    (3)

    A representative appointed by the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants;

    (4)

    A representative appointed by the Louisiana Bar Association; and

    (5)

    The research director or legal analysis director of the research and budget analysis staff of the parish council, or their designee.
