§ 2-876. Purchase of U.S. government surplus.

The purchase by the department of general services and procurement of surplus materials, supplies or equipment offered for sale by the United States government may be made by negotiation, or by bidding, provided that the prices paid are less than prices of materials of equal quality offered by regular suppliers.
