§ 2-890.2. Percentage of certain code enforcement fines dedicated to owner-occupied rehabilitation program.

Ten (10) percent of the fines assessed and collected in any enforcement proceeding of the provisions of Article III (Trash, Vegetation and Property Maintenance), Article IV (Swimming Pools and Excavations), Article V (Slum and Blighted Areas) and Article VI (Dangerous Buildings) of Chapter 19 of this Code, not including fines assessed for any courts costs or any costs of administrative hearings related to the enforcement proceeding, shall be dedicated to the department of community development's owner-occupied rehabilitation program, for use in furthering the goals and expanding the reach of this program.
