§ 2-898. Consolidation, advertising for bids.

(a)

In order to ensure the most advantageous buying, purchases of like items will be consolidated by the purchasing department for the parish as a whole.

(b)

The purchasing department is charged with the responsibility of coordinating such purchases, and the initiating departments shall cooperate in this respect.
