§ 2-957. Exchange of immovable property.

Where it is determined that it is in the public interest that the disposition of immovable property be effected by exchanging such property for other immovable property, the parish property may be exchanged for real property of approximately equal value, although the parish may pay or receive any difference in value in cash.
