§ 31-6. Definition.

For purposes of this article, the following definitions apply:

Commissary account shall mean any account under the control of the correctional facility from which an inmate may withdraw funds.

Inmate shall mean any person confined to a parish correctional facility.

Sheriff shall mean the administrator of the correctional facility.
