§ 32-21. Enforcement.

  • If the building inspector shall find that any mobile sign regulated by this Code is unsafe or insecure, is a menace to the public, or has been placed on public property toga greater extent than is permitted by this Code, he shall give written notice to the holder of the permit. If the permittee fails to remove or alter the sign so as to comply with the standards set forth within ten (10) days after the notice, the sign shall be removed or altered to comply with this Code by the inspector at the expense of the permittee.
