§ 32-39. Insurance.

Mobile signs shall be insured covering bodily injury and accidental death liability for each accident in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) for each person and three hundred thousand dollars ($300.000.00) for each accident, and property damage liability for one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) each occurrence and three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00) aggregate.
