§ 32-41. Plate.

The building inspector shall record on each permit the number from a metal plate. This plate shall be issued with the permit and must be displayed on the base of the sign where it is visible from the street when the sign is in use. A sign on which a permit plate has been previously attached shall be identified by that same number on subsequent permits for use of that same sign at a different location.
