§ 33-1.23. Board of zoning adjustments (BZA).

The BZA is established in conformance with the Jefferson Parish Charter, this Code, and state law. The inspection and code enforcement director shall provide written findings to the board. The responsibilities and procedures of the BZA are pursuant to Article XLII Board of Zoning Adjustments in Chapter 40 Zoning of this Code.
