§ 33-1.24. Board of standards and appeals (BSA).

The BSA is established in conformance with the Jefferson Parish Charter, this Code, and state law. The inspection and code enforcement director shall provide written findings to the board. The responsibilities and procedures of the BSA are pursuant to section 8-2.105 Board of standards and appeals in Chapter 8 buildings and building regulations of this code.
