§ 33-2.1. Purpose.

The purposes of this article are to consolidate the procedures for filing and processing applications for development approval and to allow users to ascertain the steps involved in obtaining development approval—from filing of an application, reviewing for completeness and compliance with standards and requirements, and through holding of a public hearing if required. The provisions of this article are designed to implement the parish's comprehensive plan.
