§ 33-2.8. Resolution of code violations.

Subject to the provisions of the Jefferson Parish Code of Ordinances (non-conforming situations), the parish may require the remedy of code violations as a condition of approval of any development application. When the parish council is charged with acting on the application, it may authorize the use of a development agreement to ensure that code violations will be remedied.
