Site plans shall be required for development approvals as described in Table 33-2.25.2-1.
and provided in the standards for each zoning district of this UDC or in this Code
for a specific use, building type, or development pattern. In addition to establishing
site plan applicability standards, zoning district standards may modify site plan
review procedures and submittal requirements.
