§ 33-2.44. Covenants to run with the land.

The development agreement shall provide that the covenants contained therein shall run with the land and bind all successors, heirs, and assignees of the applicant. The development agreement shall be recorded with the Jefferson Parish Clerk of Court in conjunction with the applicable final plat or site plan. Applicants shall be required to have all existing lien holders subordinate their liens to the covenants contained in the development agreement.
