§ 33-3.67.8.4. Variances.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Code for variances, only the board of zoning adjustments may grant variances, as stipulated in section 40-792, from the applicable requirements of these standards or the underlying zoning district, except that the BZA shall not grant a variance for:
(1)

The front or corner side yard requirements, including parking location; or

(2)

Any yard requirement that would interfere with landscaping requirements.
