In the zoning districts listed in Table 33-5.3-1, the following uses may be established
as a subordinate use of a dwelling, clearly incidental to the principal residential
use, and, unless otherwise permitted, conducted in the principal residential building,
subject to the criteria or conditions listed below. A site plan, floor plan, sign
drawing, or elevation drawing, as applicable, shall be required for these accessory
uses, which shall be reviewed in accordance with the applicable development approval
procedure indicated in Tables 33-2.3-1 & 2 and provided in Article 2 Procedures of
this UDC.
