The landscape architect of the planning department is authorized to enforce the greenspace
provisions of this section. No certificate of completeness or occupancy may be issued
for any lot or use subject to the requirements of this division unless all the requirements
have been met. Failure to implement the landscaping plan, or to maintain the property
or use in conformance with the landscaping plan, is cause for violation pursuant to
the procedure for administrative adjudication established in Chapter 2.5, Administrative adjudication of public health, housing, fire code, environmental
and historic district violations, of this Code.
