§ 33-6.25.4. Applicability.

(a)

The requirements of this section apply to the base and overlay zoning districts listed in Table 33-6.25.4-1, Base and Overlay Zoning Districts Requiring Greenspace Areas, and to the uses listed in Table 33-6.25.4-2, Uses or Development Patterns Requiring Greenspace Areas, when specifically required by a zoning district.

(b)

Exemptions. The requirements of section 33-6.25, Landscaping, buffering, and screening, do not apply to single-family residential (LBCS function code 1110), two-family residential (LBCS function code 1120), three-family residential (LBCS function code 1130), or four-family residential (LBCS function code 1140) dwelling.
