§ 36-10. Creation of hazard by fishing.

  • (a)

    Signs. The department of public works, traffic engineering division, is hereby authorized to investigate and install the necessary signs in those areas where fishing creates a hazard or public nuisance.

    (b)

    Prohibition. When such signs are installed it shall be unlawful for any person to fish from any bridge, pier, roadway, walkway or shore line of public property within one hundred (100) feet of such signs.
