§ 36-111. Prohibitions.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to pay or be paid a commission, or a per vehicle fee, for booting or identifying or designating vehicles to be booted pursuant to this article.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to install or have installed a booting device on any vehicle on private property except in accordance with the provisions of this article.
