Division 1. GENERALLY |
§ 36-95. Near fire hydrant.
No person shall park any vehicle or permit it to stand, either attended or unattended, on the public streets, roads or highways of the parish within twenty (20) feet on either side of a fire hydrant.
Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be punished as set forth in section 1-10 of this Code.
