§ 36-98. Vehicles for hire must use bus bays, when provided, for loading and unloading of passengers.

It shall be unlawful for any motor vehicle carrying passengers for hire on the public streets, roads, highways, and bridges of this parish to stop on the public streets, roads, highways-and bridges of this parish for the loading or unloading of passengers, where there have been provided on the shoulder of the public streets, roads, highways and bridges of this parish bus bays for such loading and unloading of passengers.
