§ 36-121. Same—Exemptions; written permission; etc.

  • No valet parking operation shall park vehicles on any property that is not owned or leased by the owner of the establishment served by said valet parking operation without the written express permission of the owner of such property. During the hours of operation of the establishment(s) on such property, valet parking shall be allowed only in those parking spaces that are in excess of the parking spaces required by law for the establishment(s) located on that property. The written permission of the property owner shall clearly state the use(s) of the property and also state that valet parking for any establishment not located on said property shall not be permitted in the parking spaces required by law for said use(s) during the hours of operation of said use(s).
