§ 36-183. Use of "emergency only gate" on hunter drive prohibited except for legitimate emergencies.

The use of the "emergency exit only" gate identified in Ordinance No. 22099, adopted on January 21, 2004, to exit from Metairie Club Estates subdivision onto Hunter Drive or to enter Metairie Club Estates subdivision from Hunter Drive shall be prohibited except in legitimate emergency situations. This section shall be enforceable as a traffic regulation ordinance under rules and procedures established for such ordinances. Persons violating this section shall be subject to a fine not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each such violation.
