§ 36-185. Effect of violation of sections 36-182 and 36-184.

Latest version.

Any person violating sections 36-182 and 36-184 shall be considered prima facie at fault and responsible to the parish for any damage to persons or property, including damage to such streets or roads, resulting from the violation. Nothing contained in this section shall be construed to affect the liability of any other persons for failure to properly maintain warnings and markings of construction work.
