§ 36-255. Violations.

Every person convicted of a violation of any provisions of this article shall be punished as provided in section 1-10, or by removal and detention of the license plate from such person's bicycle for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days or by impounding of such person's bicycle for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days or by any combination thereof.
