§ 36-268. Application; fee.

Application for bicycle licenses and license plates shall be made on a form provided by the parish and shall be made to the sheriffs department. An annual fee of one dollar ($1.00) shall be collected before each license or renewal thereof is granted; the proceeds from the fee shall be distributed to the sheriff's department, and the sheriff's department shall pay all costs of the license plates and shall pay any and all costs in connection with the issuance of the licenses and the collection of the license fees.
