§ 36-312. Affidavit of violation.

  • An affidavit from the owner of the enforcement equipment that alleges a violation is admissible in a court proceeding under this article and is evidence of the facts contained in the affidavit. Such affidavit shall list:

    (1)

    A description of the violation alleged;

    (2)

    The, time, and location of the violation;

    (3)

    The name and address of the owner of the vehicle involved in the violation;

    (4)

    The license plate number displayed on the license plate of the vehicle involved in the violation;

    (5)

    A copy of the recorded image of the vehicle involved in the violation that depicts the license plate of that vehicle;

    This affidavit is prima facie evidence of the alleged violation.
