§ 38-11. Service contracts.

  • (a)

    Any hotel, motel, hospital, business place, or place of public gathering that has an exclusive service contract agreement with any particular person(s)/business(es) regulated by this chapter shall have conspicuously posted for any guest/patron seeking vehicle service: a notice disclosing said agreement; and said notice shall also contain a statement that the individual seeking vehicle service shall have the right to select any vehicle, as allowed by this chapter, regardless of any service agreement.

    (b)

    Upon complaint, PMZ shall verify all contracts, agreements, arrangements, or other forms of contracts together with annual gross receipts relating to the furnishing of VFH stands or transportation service to any hotel, motel, hospital, business place, or place of public gathering, and whether any such arrangement is made with any corporation, firm, or association with which the holder may be interested or connected.
