§ 38-16. Company website requirements.

(a)

A company shall provide the following information on its website:

(1)

Company's customer service telephone number or e-mail address;

(2)

Company's zero-tolerance policy and how to report drivers whom passengers suspect have violated the zero-tolerance policy;

(3)

Company's method and rate calculation formula;

(4)

Procedures for reporting a complaint about a company driver;

(5)

Complaint telephone, complaint e-mail, and website information for PMZ; and

(6)

Liability insurance disclosures for potential passengers and drivers, as required in section 38-29.
